Scan On Demand
Scan on demand as needed: Off-site storage security with fast retrieval
Scanning the complete collection of your records may not be the most cost-effective option for your business. While it’s necessary to retain inactive records for a certain period of time, those documents and files may be rarely, if ever, accessed. A more budget-friendly option allows you to securely store your files offsite and we scan them for you on an as-needed basis.
Scan on Demand dramatically reduces the time between your record retrieval request and when you have the record in hand. Arkansas Records Management’s Scan on Demand service combines the security of offsite record storage with the reliability and accessibility of on-demand document scanning.
How Scan on Demand works
Your inactive documents are transferred to our secure records center where they are barcoded and tracked within our EDC Software database. When you need a record, you simply make a request online through our Scan on Demand module. We pull your record, digitally scan it and save it into EDC Software in real time. When you see a paper clip icon next to the records you’ve selected, you have a digital copy of your files. There’s no waiting for a shipment or delivery. regardless of your geographic location.
Arkansas Records Management provides scan on demand services for customers in Hot Springs, Little Rock, Benton, Arkadelphia, Pine Bluff and any other Arkansas location.
