Our offsite, two-hour rated fireproof media vault is designed specifically for the archival storage of electronic media. Since all electronic magnetic media is extremely sensitive to environmental changes, we maintain a temperature range between 45 and 65 degrees Fahrenheit and humidity levels between 20% and 40% to minimize fluctuations that can render your data unreadable. The air within our vault facility is continuously filtered.
Access to our vault facility is limited to authorized screened personnel while security systems provide continuous round the clock monitoring and recording. Your offsite media is bar coded and tracked with our inventory management database, which allows for rapid retrieval and efficient rotational cycling back to you on either a scheduled or an as-needed basis.
And of course, your offsite archival media is available to you 365, 24/7. In the event of a disaster or emergency restore, one of our professional couriers will deliver your data directly to your business or hot site. We maintain a strict chain of custody throughout the retrieval, transport and delivery process to preserve the privacy and confidentiality of your information.
